Greene County investigation has ties to McDonald County

Greene County Detectives are working a suspicious death investigation and the victim has ties to McDonald County.    On October 20th, Greene County Deputies were sent to the 13,000 block of West Farm Road 148 for a well being check.   Deputies found the body of 39 year old Stanley Scott Simon II.   The victim’s truck has been reported missing.   It is a 2004 white Chevrolet 3500 Quad Cab Dually with a “Back The Blue” sticker in the back glass.   Also a “Transformers” decal is on the Chevy emblem on the front grill.     The license plate is Missouri 9UBL50.   If you have information about the death or whereabouts of the truck, call the Greene County Sheriff’s Office.
