Inmate still at large after escaping Ottawa County Jail

One week has passed since two inmates escaped the Ottawa County Jail in Ottawa, Oklahoma. One of the inmates, 23-year-old Justin Eby, was captured quickly and is facing prison time for his current case. That case dates back to March of 2019, where Eby was apprehended after shooting at authorities. The other inmate, 38-year-old Jerry Nichols, is still at large.
