FBI enters search for missing Joplin teen
It’s every parent’s nightmare. Your child goes missing.
14-year old Leora Hardee of Joplin was last seen on Sept. 17th near D and North Wall Avenue in the city.
Now, Capt. William Davis of the Joplin Police Department says the entrance of the FBI into the case adds new power to the search.
“They bring a lot of resources to the table that go beyond the abilities the Joplin Police department has,” Captain Davis says.
“The expertise, the knowledge and equipment and all the resources they have are greatly appreciated,” he adds.
Leora is five foot, one inches tall, 100 pounds, wears glasses and has sandy brown hair.
