No jail time for Amish brothers who impregnate sister

In Webster County, Missouri two Amish brothers admitted having sex with their 12-year-old sister and getting her pregnant but they won’t be going to jail.

22 year old Aaron Schwartz and 18 year old Petie Schwartz each received 15-year sentences which were then suspended.

Webster County Prosecutor Ben Berkstressor says the two are being severely punished by the Amish community.

They’ll still be required to complete the Missouri Sex Offender Treatment Program, do 100 hours of community service and write a letter.

Their sister recently gave birth.
