Anderson man killed while walking on I-49

A man from Anderson, Missouri was hit and killed while walking on Interstate 49 between Joplin and Neosho Monday night. The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 54-year-old Harold Willis was walking in the roadway just a mile south of Tipton Ford when he was hit by a car. Willis was pronounced dead at the scene.
