Woman faces DWI charges after rolling car with child inside
It’s never legal to drive your vehicle under the influence. It’s even worse if your passenger is a child.
That’s what the Missouri State Highway Patrol says a woman from Joplin did Friday evening.
A car driven by 31-year-old Bobbi Arnall went off Quail Road, two miles east of Diamond, around 6:40 p.m. Friday and rolled over in a dry creek bed.
Arnall suffered moderate injuries. A 5-year-old girl in the car suffered reported minor injuries.
Both were taken to Freeman West Hospital in Joplin for treatment.
Arnall faces charges including felony DWI, chronic offender; careless and Imprudent driving involving a crash; endangering the welfare of a child; and driving without insurance.
