One person shot during early morning gunfire in Joplin

Gunshots in North Joplin early this morning sends a man to the hospital.

The Joplin Police department is currently investigating after an unidentified man was reportedly shot just before 2am in the 400 block of North Brownell.

The victim was transported to a local hospital and there are currently two suspects in custody. We will bring you more information as soon as it becomes available.
