Two held in Pittsburg in alleged kidnapping, rape incident

Two suspects have been arrested in connection with an alleged kidnapping and rape incident in Pittsburg reported on Tuesday.

They are 24-year-old Abdul Wali Shoatz, and 25-year-old Fedor Lee Warren Lomax, who turned himself in on Friday. 

A person reported being held against their will for several hours and sexually assaulted by two male suspects. 

Shoatz and Lomax are each being charged with aggravated kidnapping, two counts of rape, two counts of aggravated criminal sodomy, and aggravated intimidation of a victim.

Pittsburg Police say the investigation in the case continues.
