Carthage announces mask availability

Mask distribution has been initiated throughout Carthage.

Mayor Dan Rife and the COVID-19 Task Force, working in conjunction with Jasper County Health Department and several organizations in Carthage, says 20,000 cloth masks are available at various locations around the city.

The masks have a simple handout that goes along with them, and citizens can receive up to five masks per family as long as the selected location has resources.
