Fox’s Solomon wins open records lawsuit

Fox News contributor John Solomon has won a default judgment against St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner in an open records lawsuit involving a 2018 invasion of privacy investigation into former Gov. Eric Greitens.

Solomon sued after Gardner’s office did not respond to his request for records involving her contacts with key players in the Greitens investigation.

In an order on Tuesday, St. Louis Circuit Judge Christopher McGraugh criticized Gardner’s office for intentionally refusing to file a timely response in the lawsuit
