Webb City man sentenced for assaulting deputy in 2016

A man from Webb City has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for assaulting a Jasper County Deputy in 2016.

29-year-old Chase Milner punched and fractured the eye socket of Deputy Brett Henson who was trying to get Milner to wear a suicide prevention uniform inside the Jasper County Detention Center.

Milner plead guilty to that assault back in April. Milner was in custody for felony possession of a controlled substance.
