Car-motorcycle accident injures two, slows 32nd St. traffic
The Joplin Police Department and other emergency responders are working a passenger car – motorcycle accident at the corner of 32nd and Mississippi, as of 3:30 p.m. Friday afternoon.
Capt. Bill Davis of the Joplin Police Department says at least two people were involved in the crash at that intersection, about 1/4 of a mile west of 32nd and Range Line Road. Both were transported for hospital treatment.
Capt. Davis says the JPD’s Major Crash Team will now complete a crash reconstruction at the scene.
Traffic will be slowed or temporarily blocked until the reconstruction is complete.
