JPD seeks Sifferman

The Joplin Police Department is looking for Kelsey M. Sifferman.

The woman is 28 years old, described as 5’05” and 190 pounds.

Sifferman has felony warrants from area agencies and police  have not been able to locate her.

The JPD is asking for assistance from anyone who knows her location.
