Vernon County issues stay-at-home order

Vernon County issuing a stay-at-home order for its residents, which includes the city of Nevada. Officials say this order takes effect at 12:01 A.M. Saturday morning and will last until April 25. It requires all citizens of Vernon County to stay home unless they are performing “essential” activities like buying groceries, seeking medical care or going to work at an essential business.
