Stay at home order issued for Bourbon County

Residents in Bourbon County Kansas are being ordered to stay at home. That order will remain in effect for 30 days, unless officials amend it beforehand. Officials say you must stay home unless you are an “essential employee” or must travel to buy basic necessities. The order says violators could be fined by up to $2,500.
