Macy’s to close over 150 stores nation wide

just off of the heel’s of the closing of Joplin Sears, Macy’s has just announced major closings for the chain to include the laying-off of over 2000 employees nationwide.

Joplin is not on the first list of closings(30) but, that’s only the first list and the “lower-tier” closing will continue for 3 years and close 125 more stores for a total of more than 150.
