Slick Roads To Blame In Barry County Crash
Slick roads are to blame for an early Wednesday morning crash that landed a Barry County woman and teenage girl in the hospital.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol tells News Talk KZRG at 7:20 a.m, 39-year-old Rebecca Boyd of Shell Knob slid off the road on Highway 76 and slammed into a tree.
Boyd sustained serious injuries. Her 16-year-old passenger had minor injuries. Troopers say neither were wearing a seatbelt.
