FOUR Missouri Cities Rank High On List For STD Numbers
A new study shows the top 100 U.S. cities for cases of sexually transmitted diseases. The study conducted by Innerbody.com, used data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the U.S. Census.
Missouri:
Kansas City was at the number 28 spot with 1,306 STD cases per 100,000 people.
St. Louis followed behind in the number 36 spot with 1,194 STD cases per 100,000 people.
Springfield ranked number 58 with 980 STD cases per 100,000 people.
Columbia ranked 71 with 912 STD cases per 100,000 people.
Arkansas:
Little Rock ranked number 22 with 1,357 STD cases per 100,000 people.
Oklahoma:
Oklahoma City ranked 48 with 1,069 STD cases per 100,000 people.
Tulsa ranked number 57 with 991 STD cases per 100,000 people.
Kansas:
Wichita ranked number 80 with 857 cases per 100,000 people.
