Joplin New Year’s Baby Announced!

The first baby of the New Year in Joplin has been announced!

Baby Gabe arrived at 11:10 am January 1st at Freeman Hospital West, weighing in at 7 pounds, 9 ounces! And in keeping with the New Year theme, Gabe is also the first child for his mom, Shampagne.

Following tradition, the first baby born each year receives a special gift basket from Freeman full of goodies like stuffed animals, and lots of onesies.
