Springfield Man Pleads Guilty AGAIN To Child Porn Charges

A convicted pedophile from Springfield has pleaded guilty AGAIN to child porn charges.

42-year-old David Todd Beresky was on supervised release after he was busted in 2005 for transporting child pornography.

His probation officer learned Beresky was working as a pizza delivery driver, which is not allowed. The probation officer confronted him at work, inspected his cell phone and found multiple child pornography images. Beresky’s web history also showed multiple websites to forums where child pornography was shared.

Under federal statutes, Beresky is facing a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years in federal prison without parole. He could be sntenced to up to 20 years in prison without parole.

A sentencing hearing will be scheduled after the completion of a pre-sentence investigation by the United States Probation Office.

This case was investigated by the FBI and the Southwest Missouri Cyber Crimes Task Force.
