Rocky Comfort man sentenced for having guns near Pineville Elementary

A man from Rocky Comfort who had several guns on him near the Pineville Elementary School back in March..has been sentenced to five years of supervised probation. Tommy Eastburn plead guilty to unlawful use of a weapon charges. The school principal told police he heard a gun being chambered or loaded. Eastburn then drove away before being stopped by police.
