Sex Offender Accused Of Molesting Child In Fast Food Restaurant Bathroom

A 7-year-old boy is being hailed a hero for saving his little sister from a pedophile.

A convicted sex offender from Tennessee is now in jail in Tulsa County- accused of molesting a 3-year-old girl in a McDonald’s bathroom in Owasso on October 25th.

Owasso Police say 26-year-old Austin Scott Kelly followed two unaccompanied 3 and 7 children into the bathroom, took the girl into one of the stalls where he started touching her inappropriately, but her brother interrupted the act, and ran for help. Kelly ran off, but was arrested November 6th nearby at his place of employment.

Kelly, who had no connections to the kids, has been charged with lewd acts with a child. Kelly was convicted and paroled for attempting to rape a child in 2009.
