2 Million Pounds Of Chicken Recalled
2 million pounds of chicken are being voluntarily recalled by Simmons Foods, Inc’s, a meat packing plant based in northwest Arkansas over concerns that fresh and frozen chicken could be contaminated with little pieces of metal that was packaged between October 21st and November 4th, 2019. The tainted meat including whole chicken, wings, and breast meat, was shipped to Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Georgia, Minnesota, Oklahoma and Pennsylvania. No reported illnesses.
