Volleyball, futsal registrations underway

Registration is now open for the Joplin Parks and Recreation adult recreational sport leagues. Anyone is welcome to register a team; all players must be 18 years or older.  

Current league offerings are volleyball and futsal. Leagues are filled on a first-come first-served basis. Adult volleyball will play Tuesday nights, beginning Oct.22, and futsal will play on Sunday afternoons, starting Oct 20. 

Adult volleyball costs $240/team and futsal costs $310/team. All games are played at Memorial Hall located at 212 W. 8th Street.

Awards will be presented to league champions in each sport with tournament play offered at the end of the season.  All sports programs use certified officials and have established reputations for quality play.
