Reward increased again in Neosho animal abuse case

The reward is now up to $30,000 in an animal abuse case in Neosho. It stems from an incident last month when a beagle was found skinned alive. Police say the dog had to be put down to end its suffering. The city’s reward is 15 thousand in addition to the National Humane Society’s 15 grand. If you have any information call Neosho Police.
