Farm-to-Fork-Appreciation Night Nov. 12th

The Neosho Area Chamber of Commerce (NACC) announces Farm-to-Fork Appreciation Night tickets are on sale now. Farm-to-Fork Appreciation Night will be held on Tuesday,
Nov. 12 at Lost Creek Event Center at Bordertown Casino.

This inaugural event is designed to honor the hard-working individuals, families, educators, professionals, and businesses that further the agricultural impact in Newton and McDonald Counties. Farm-to-Fork Appreciation Night will offer an evening of food, drinks, dancing, entertainment, information and camaraderie for people in and out of the Agriculture industry. It’s about education, admiration and gratitude for the area’s farmers, ranchers and consumers as well as agri-business and agri-business research representatives.

During the event, the Neosho Area Chamber of Commerce 2019 agriculture scholarship recipient, John Hilsden Moseley, will be updating on his achievements. The evening will also recognize the State Fair Farm Families from Newton and McDonald Counties as well as four local Century Farm Families.

This event will feature a custom dinner , live entertainment from local Bobby DeGonia Band and a panel of speakers including 4th Generation Missouri Cattle Farmer Glen Cope, Missouri State Representative and Agricultural Chairwoman Hannah Kelly, and Missouri Farm Bureau’s Director of National Legislative Affairs Spencer Tuma.

Social Hour starts at 5:30 p.m. with live music and line dancing. Dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. followed by programming. The concert will kick off at 8:30 p.m. to close out the evening.

Farm-to-Fork tickets are $20 per person and are available through local high school FFA Chapters or online.
