Mumps confirmed in McDonald Co School District

Mumps in McDonald County. The McDonald County School District has confirmed that the Department of Health has diagnosed two elementary school students with the incurable infection. Officials say this diagnosis was in the Noel area. Mumps is spread via saliva and respiratory secretions.
