Wanted Man Identified

The wanted felon who has been on the run in Newton County, and who’s possibly armed and dangerous, has been identified.

Jason Arthur Duncan is wanted for robbery, assault, armed criminal action and more after shooting at a homeowner who confronted him while he was burglarizing his property in Fairview Tuesday evening.

Duncan is a white male, 5 foot 7 inches tall and has tattoos on both arms. If you come in contact with, or know the location of Duncan, call the Newton County Sheriff’s office.
