Joplin Man Robbed At His Front Door

Is there a knife-wielding robber on the loose in Joplin? It looks that way after a man reported to the police late last week that a woman knocked on his front door in the 1100 block of Moffet and asked to use his phone, but things quickly went south when she pulled out a knife and demanded some cash. The victim gave her a hundred dollars, but she still managed to swing the knife at him, cutting one of his fingers before running from the scene.
