Dayton Shooter Had Ties To Missouri
The body armor-wearing, masked gunman who allegedly killed nine people, including his own sister over the weekend at a popular nightlife district in Dayton, Ohio was part of a band that made appearances at a former Missouri venue.
24-year-old Connor Betts was heavily involved in the music scene often referred to as “pornogrind” – known for songs about violence, raping and killing women. It’s part of the “extreme metal music scene.”
Former classmates say the red flags were there since high school when he drew up a hit list and was a bully. A former girlfriend told police Betts confided in her that he was bipolar and OCD.
Since high school Betts occasionally sang with the group Menstrual Munchies at a location in Columbia, Missouri called ‘UPS’ – short for Under the Porn Shop for its location beneath the Venus Adult Megastore.
