As the feud over abortion continues in Missouri, the guy that tried to burn down a Planned Parenthood in mid-Missouri will stand trial next month. 42-year-old Wesley Brian Kaster of Columbia was charged with maliciously damaging a building, owned by an organization that receives federal financial assistance, by means of fire or an explosive.
Police say Kaster was caught on camera February 10th breaking in through the front door of the Columbia Planned Parenthood, placing a bucket full of gasoline inside, and then throwing a Molotov cocktail through the door.
With the assistance of the FBI, Kaster was arrested on March 2nd.
Kaster’s trial begins September 23rd.
