“The popularity of this event has made it a mainstay in Joplin’s arts and cultural community,” says Emily Frankoski, Community Arts Director, Connect2Culture. “Our creative community has so much to offer. So much, in fact, that it’s nearly impossible to take advantage of all the available opportunities. C2C is passionate about increasing audience for Joplin’s arts and cultural community by making these opportunities more accessible to both residents and visitors. We hope this arts roundtable educates the public about upcoming events, encourages collaboration between participating organizations, and informs the media about potential stories.”

In the past, C2C has created audio recordings of each presentation and placed them on C2C’s website. This year, C2C will be creating video recordings of each presentation.

This event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served.
