Hamburger, Hotdog Bun Recall

Hamburger and hotdog buns sold at Walmart, Aldi, and Sam’s have been recalled because of small pieces of plastic found in the production equipment. Most of the buns have a best buy date of July 17th through the 19th. Flower Foods Inc. sells the buns under a variety of brands.

Eating them could cause a choking hazard. No injuries or illnesses have been reported.

The were sold in stores in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia.
