Two Rescued At Shoal Creek

Temperatures were soaring, but so were water levels Sunday, which may have led to why two people had to be rescued at Shoal Creek. A woman fell from a raft and was caught in fast moving water early in the evening, then a short time later a man had gotten his foot stuck under a rock at the edge of the dam at Grand Falls.
