Not guilty: Verdict for former Diamond board member

Not guilty. That’s the verdict for former Diamond School Board member Johnny Russow.

He was accused of repeatedly taking sexual advantage of a 15-year-old girl. Russow said it didn’t happen.

His ex-wife took the stand at one point Friday to testify in his favor.

The defense team claimed the girl made the story up to help save her parents’ marriage after she discovered Russow was having an affair with her mother.
