Who doesn’t love a kitten?

The Joplin Humane Society needs help with fostering young cats that have arrived over the last few days.

Dana Taylor, Foster Cast and Rescue Cat Coordinator, says your help is needed.

Taylor says it’s important to that the kittens are shown special attention as they get a start in the world.

Rescue groups often have to depend on foster homes to care for cats until suitable homes are found. A kitten is too young to be adopted and needs a safe place to stay until he or she is old enough to go to a forever home.
