Joplin Road Closures

***ROAD CLOSURES*** (as of 11:00 a.m 5/21/19)

The Joplin Special Roads District is monitoring the roads and have closed the following streets until further notice due to high or rising water. There is also a lot of debris on the roadways and driveways washed out.

River Road between Main & Rangeline
Crane Road south of 32nd street
Old 71 Hwy by the UnderCliff
Castle Drive in Redings Mill
Mark Twain Drive in Redings Mill
CR 300 just North of Fir Road
Fir Road just west of JJ Hwy
Joplin Street North of Fir Road

Do NOT drive around the barricades, they are set up for a reason. You’re not only risking your own life, but the lives of first responders who have to rescue you.

Turn around, don’t drown.
