Window Washers Rescued In OKC
Imagine being stranded 850 feet off the ground! Two window washers were rescued from the outside of the 50 floor Devon Tower this morning as the large basket they were working started to “swinging wildly out of control,” banging and crashing against the building, breaking the windows. The Oklahoma City Fire Department was able to pull the men to safety.
The “very dangerous situation” unfolded around 7:45 a.m. Police and fire officials quickly warned those nearby to stay away from the area.
