Jasper County Deputies Hosting Community Day

A SWAT demo and shaved ice. Have you ever wondered how some of the most exciting units within the police department operate? Check them out this Saturday at the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office in Carthage! They’ll also have a K9 demo, D.A.R.E., and teach you about gun safety.  

This is a fun, free event for the whole family!  

The kiddos can get their face painted and jump in the bounce house, plus everyone if getting a free lunch! Deputies will be grilling hotdogs and hamburgers, popping popcorn, and serving up snow cones.  

When: Saturday, May 11th 10 a.m-1 p.m.
