One Injured In Hydroplane Crash

Heavy rainfall is being blamed for a Joplin resident crashing their car on I-49 Tuesday afternoon. The Highway Patrol says 40-year-old Julia Warren hydroplaned on I-49 south of Joplin and crashed into a bridge rail around 4:30 p.m. Warren was transported to a local hospital with moderate injuries.
