Oklahoma To Allow Medical Marijuana Users To Carry Gun
A new Oklahoma law will allow medical marijuana users to also own a firearm. Signed into law last week by Governor Kevin Stitt, the bill says that someone using medical pot cannot be denied the right to own or possess a gun.
However, it is still a federal offense to be in possession of both marijuana and a gun. The bill goes into effect later this summer.
You’ll remember that permitless carry goes into effect in the Sooner State in November and some are worried that the combo could be dangerous.
