NWS confirms two EF-0 tornadoes in Dade County Thursday morning

After a line of severe thunderstorms rolled thru the area late Wednesday night into Thursday morning… The National Weather Service in Springfield confirms there were two brief, weak tornadoes that touched down in Dade County. The first was just west of Lockwood around 12:50 a.m., when an EF-0 was on the ground for about 2 miles causing damage to trees and outbuildings. The second EF-0 tornado touched down just 10 minutes later north of Greenfield. There were no injuries with either storm.
