Driver On Drugs Crashes In North Joplin
Another alleged drugged-up driver is off the street after crashing her car in north Joplin Tuesday night. 49-year-old Joyce Tucker of Joplin crossed four lanes of traffic before she ran off the road at Main and D Street. Joplin Police Captain Trevor Duncan tells News Talk KZRG what happened next.
“We were notified that there was a vehicle off the road, when our officers arrived she was sitting in the grass. She refused medical treatment. She was then given a field sobriety test and arrested.”
Tucker was arrested for the DWI (drugs), and driving without insurance.
