A head-on collision just south of K126 Highway on U.S. 69 Highway yesterday Saturday afternoon resulted in serious injuries to a Kansas City man.
The Crawford County Sheriff’s office says a car driven by 37-year-old Scott Windsor of Grove crossed the center line and hit a car driven by 46-year old Brian Bavaro of Kansas City.
Bavaro suffered serious injuries and was transported by helicopter to Freeman Hospital in Joplin.
His passenger, 52-year old Melissa Potter of Liberty, Missouri, suffered less serious injuries.
Scott Windsor and his 4 year old passenger, Hunter Windsor, suffered only minor injuries as did Misty Smith of Arma who swerved to avoid the wreck.
Those four were taken to Via Christi Hospital in Pittsburg.
