79 Guns Stolen From Northwest Arkansas Hardware Store
Nearly 80 guns were stolen from an Ace Hardware in northwest Arkansas. 79 guns—mostly pistols—were taken within two minutes after three suspects broke into the hardware store in Prairie Grove. The theft occurred around 3 a.m. on Friday, which did not trigger an alarm, so the suspects returned to the store about two hours later to steal a few more weapons, but set off the alarm during the re-entry.
In the surveillance video, the suspects are seen breaking a glass case inside the store before loading the weapons into large plastic storage totes.
During the re-entry, a fourth suspect joined the trio, but were only in the store for four seconds.
The suspects have not been identified .
The ATF is offering a $5,000 reward for any information leading to their arrests. The National Shooting Sports Foundation is offering another $5,000 reward.
