An Arma, Kansas man who allegedly fatally stabbed his wife Monday has now been formally charged. 32-year-old Jeremy Delmarco was charged with second degree murder, attempted second degree murder, felony obstruction of justice, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police were called to a home on Highway 69 around noon on February 4th for a domestic dispute. 37-year-old Brandy Delmarco and her grandmother 84-year-old Dorma Lemaster were located outside the home with injuries consisting with being stabbed. Brandy later died at a hospital.
Jeremy remains in the Crawford County Jail on a $1 million bond.
