Joplin Woman Arrested For DWI Following Crash

A Joplin woman was charged with drunk driving after crashing her car into a couple of light poles early Wednesday morning. The Highway Patrol tells News Talk KZRG 26-year-old Kayla Sause was northbound on Highway 43 just south of Joplin around 2 a.m when she ran off the road and hit two light poles. She was treated for minor injuries. Sause was charged with DWI, careless and imprudent driving, no insurance, and failing to register her vehicle.
