Three in jail following Ozarks Drug Enforcement Team Raid
Three people are in the Jasper County jail today, following the serving of a warrant yesterday by the Ozarks Drug Enforcement Team. Detectives say suspected methamphetamines and two firearms were found at 902 West Vine in Carthage.
Taken into custody were 28-year-old Shane Willey, 32-year-old Sarah Lanyon and Roland Lanyon. Also, two children at the residence are now in the custody of the Division of Family Services.
The Carthage Police and Jasper County SWAT team took part in the take-down.
There were four adults and two small children in the residence at the time of the warrant.
- Shane Willey, 28 years of age, was arrested for Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Use of a Weapon.
- Sarah Lanyon, 32 years of age, was arrested for Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Child Endangerment.
- Roland Lanyon was arrested for Second Degree Assault and Armed Criminal Action.
One adult was not charged with anything at this time. Charges on the above suspects are pending with the Jasper County Prosecutor’s Office.
