Suspected Murderer On The Loose

The search is on for an alleged killer. Have you seen 33-year-old Michael Osborne of Joplin? He’s wanted for the first degree murder of 27-year-old Shawn Rockers. Friday night Joplin Police were called to 3rd and Connor about a man that was laying in the middle of the road. Rockers later died at the hospital. Police have not yet said how Rocker died, and the autopsy on Rocker’s body is scheduled for later today in Springfield.

Osborne is described as a white male, short brown hair, 6’04, 217 pounds. His forearm tattoos read “no effort.” He should be considered armed and dangerous, so if you have any information or see him, do not approach- call Joplin Police at 623-3131 or 911.
