Missouri Lawmakers Return To Capitol

Missouri lawmakers returned to Jeff City today to begin the state’s 100th legislative session at noon. Hundreds of pre-filed bills have been submitted since December 1. Some of the pre-filed bills includes loosening marijuana laws, strengthening gun laws around kids, modifying sales tax collection, and requiring health insurance plans to cover fertility treatments.Governor Mike Parson says his top priorities will be infrastructure funding and workforce development.
